Write to me

Tell me what is happening, in your own words. However long it takes. I read every word myself and write back. If the month is what you are here for, say so.

Message me on WhatsApp

WhatsApp: AstanaElan. Voice notes are fine. I answer in the morning, Peru time.

Or write it here

Tell me where you are

No judgment. This stays between you and me. I write back within a day.

Family, friends — is anyone in your corner?

Coffee, alcohol, pills, plants. I ask to understand, not to judge.

The label, if they gave you one. It is not who you are.

Got it. I read it myself and write back within a day.

My philosophy

There is nothing to add. No new course, framework, medication, philosophy. The work is removing: the filth in the body, the filth in the mind, the distractions. When mind and body integrate with the spirit, we remember who we are in our divine perfection. It is time to come home to our hearts and do what is right, without permission or outside validation. This is the work I do on myself every day. My hope is to share the remembering with you, so we wake up together with the sun in our eyes and joy in our hearts.

What brings us to surrender

Things I have gone through myself. Each one has its own page, written from the inside.

A death

The funeral, the paperwork, the 2 a.m. quiet.

A separation

The breakup, the divorce. Sleep, money, the kids, the new life.

A dysfunctional childhood

The scapegoat role, the guilt, the story they handed you. Put it down.

The addiction

The drinking, the pills, the phone. The habit, and the empty place it fills.

The trauma

The war in your head, living in the body. The way it stands down.

A chaotic daily life

Everything at once, nothing holding. The anchors that hold a day.
