Built with love to awaken and heal. Giving thanks to the Great Apu Intihuatana, the womb, the spirit, Pachamama, Gran Espiritu.

When mind and body integrate with the spirit, we remember who we are in our divine perfection. It is time to come home to our hearts and do what is right, without permission or outside validation. This is the work I do on myself every day. My hope is to share the remembering with you, so we wake up together with the sun in our eyes and joy in our hearts.

Make something with your hands and give it away. You’ll see.
