Welcome, family.

I set this site up so we could find each other anywhere in the world. I can tell the truth here unlike on social media. This page is dedicated to the human experience and the Great Spirit that dwells inside and outside of all of us.

Here you will find:

In the dark night of the soul? The Dark Night of the Soul: an interactive guide. A wealth of information that can change your life.

Keeping the fire

Out of suffering
We emerged
In a cruel world we learned to love
In the darkness we became the light

I am that I am

I will not waste your time by being fake. I am not an expert who can save you from your suffering.

I left the herd. I surrendered my life to the Great Spirit that dwells inside everyone and everything. I am here to be of service.

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them. — Albert Einstein

Letting the labels go so we can grow

The system that labeled you is sick.
You are beyond labels.

It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. — Jiddu Krishnamurti

I am not a clinic and nothing here is medical advice. I don’t diagnose or treat. Most suffering is a sane response to a life stripped of its foundations.

I present no credentials.

A man who knows his own light needs no outside authority.

I made an appointment with the counselor. I called the psychologist, then the psychiatrist, then the doctor, a life coach, a Reiki master, an astrologer, and I realized that none of them had been through half of what I had, nor did they have a life I wanted. When you are truly suicidal and desperate you learn real quick what works and what doesn’t. I share the truth about what works. I don’t claim to have magical healing powers except Love and Truth.

How I work

Simplified plan of action

Every man leaves with something he can remember. No frameworks, no diagnoses, nothing that makes one man “special”. We work on being responsible, honest, and living with integrity.

The other half is the shit we already know but need to practice: sleep, sun, food, movement, quiet, fire. Simple things, taken seriously.

Who I am

I know about suffering

After a traumatic childhood, a violent adolescence, and the tragic death of my wife and many friends, I started to think about suicide, a lot. I was raised the scapegoat in a narcissistic family and never knew what it was like to have love and support. I was labeled and handed prescriptions and arrest records when what I needed was help and love. I was beaten, arrested, ostracized and demonized for telling the truth in a lying world. But I kept going until I woke up and remembered who I was — my life is now a joyful act of service, and I am keeping my promise to my creator, that if I found this peace I would share it.

Now I live in peace in the mountains of Peru. I have a wonderful relationship, I grow my own food, I cook, I keep a fire, and I sit with men who are where I was. I follow no tradition and sell no belief system. God lives inside all of us. Our job is to help each other remember.

Ways I create

A dry meadow among the pines
One day I finally surrendered. I lay on the dirt and gave myself to the land. I heard the Spirit tell me to get my ass off the ground and do something good, so we can expand love farther into the universe and into the present moment.

My philosophy

There is nothing to add. No new course, framework, medication, philosophy. The work is removing: the filth in the body, the filth in the mind, the distractions. When mind and body integrate with the spirit, we remember who we are in our divine perfection. It is time to come home to our hearts and do what is right, without permission or outside validation. This is the work I do on myself every day. My hope is to share the remembering with you, so we wake up together with the sun in our eyes and joy in our hearts.
